Dr. Philip A.
Lynn, whose practice name is Phillip A. Lynn MD located in the city of Garden
Grove, achieved Meaningful Use in September. His specialties are Internal
Medicine, Pediatrics and DDS. Whenever Tien Ngo, the e2o Health project
coordinator, had a Meaningful Use meeting with him, he always took notes very
carefully and diligently. With serious effort he was able to meet all of the
meaningful use measures. It was our pleasure to work with Dr. Lynn.
Congratulations to Dr. Lynn and his staff for a job well done!!!
